We are excited to announce our resident LuxLiving Perks card. We will provide our
residents with the best perks card in St. Louis. LuxLiving is dedicated to help
connect our residents to the best experiences in St. Louis. The LuxLiving Perks
Card will feature St. Louis restaurants, shops, apparel, services, events, experiences,
and more. Between our 4 luxury apartment properties SoHo, Chelsea, Hudson and
Coming 2023 Mckenzie there will be 892 units and approximately 1000-1500
residents that will use this exclusive card.

We would love to feature your business through our perks card. For this feature there is no fee. We would like to cross promote our brands on both parties social media / marketing with your participation. Residents will be able to use their perk card from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 (At that time we will notify you about the new card’s start date). So far we have seen perks/discounts such as, “buy one, get one,'” discounted rates 10% – 20%, free trials, discounts on memberships and more.
